The Magnolia Room seats up to 84 people with flexible seating styles. Commonly used styles are:

• Theater: 84 people

• Rounds: 38 people

• Square: 30 people

• Classroom: 27 people

• U-Shape: 38 people

$300 half day / $500 full day

Camellia Boardroom

The Camellia Boardroom seats up to 16 people at the conference table and includes a wall-mounted LCD display for meeting presentations.

$200 half day / $350 full day

Gaming Area 

The Gaming Area in Thrive Café features a gaming area for a relaxing break from work or meetings. The Gaming Lounge includes:

• Ping pong

• Pool table

• Shuffleboard

• Foosball

$Varies (Monday – Friday: available 9am to 6pm)

Buyout

Thrive Café is also available for a full buyout. Buyout includes exclusive use of the Internet Lounge, Gaming Area, and Main Dining spaces.

Monday – Friday, after 3pm: $1,500

Saturday & Sunday (6 hours min.): $3,500*
*Magnolia and Camellia Meeting Rooms may also be
available as an add-on at a reduced cost.
